You will find all the tools you need to help you learn how to write your first electronic prescription with RXNT e-Rx. Please be sure to carefully follow every step to ensure a successful transition to RXNT e-prescribing.

Take the e-prescribing knowledge verification quiz

To ensure you are able to successfully write your first prescription, please click on the URL below to take our helpful review. After you have successfully completed our review, your RxNT account logins will be sent to you via email.

After you've successfully completed the quiz

After successfully passing the RXNT e-prescribing training quiz, RXNT will be notified and send out your account logins. 

Step 5

Log in to RXNT

After receiving your login credentials from RXNT, please log into your account and reset your RXNT password. To reset your password please view our online guide by clicking here. 

Important: You are now set-up to electronically prescribe non-controlled substances. 

 

Important: Read Carefully

Be sure to send ONE electronic prescription through your RXNT account within 14 days of receiving your logins. Due to security purposes, accounts that are not utilized within 14 days will be locked. If you are locked out, please call us at 1-800-943-7968 option 4, option 2

RxNT offers live re-training for our customers who are still having trouble learning the solution. If you would like to request a re-training, simply go to the utilities tab within your RxNT account, select support, then select the training button. You will be prompted with available retraining dates and times. Please select the session the best fits into your schedule.

You will be emailed the information to join the online training after registering. We will send another reminder on the day of your training the day before as well.
